DS was so-o-o excited to get this from the latch box this morning. But he keeps wanting to always turn the dial three times before looking for the next number, we’ll need to work on that.
He can definitely handle the bicycle lock, however. In fact, later in the day after school he kept looking for things to lock his tricycle to.
I saw some cute little insect stamps at Michael’s craft store this weekend, and when I sat down to create some patterns for the boy it dawned on me, since I’m running out of room on a standard piece of paper, I could use sentence strips instead! It worked great. By the way, DS really liked the stamps.
DS wasn’t much interested in building words himself today, but he was VERY interested in directing me through it
Yeast Feast Continued…
Here’s the picture I promised :)
Land and Water Forms
I made these from clay that dries in the air which I found from Michael’s and used the small square Ziplock containers. It was a much easier job than I expected. I think, though that I’ll need to hot glue the sand inside the bowls before using them for school Oh, I KNOW DS will just love pouring in the tinted water!
